Executive Coaching

The goal of executive coaching is to develop leadership thinking abilities that lead to meaningful results for an organization.

This service is one-on-one sessions between the coach and leader, and these sessions focus on the following but are not limited to:

  • Developing strengths, identifying and mitigating weaknesses, and growing as an individual

Team/Group Coaching

The goal here is to increase the effectiveness, performance, and functioning of a senior team.  This service is with the coach and the executive team and those sessions focus on the following but not limited to:
  • Creating a vision for the team inclusive of beliefs, values and norms
  • Recognizing and leveraging the uniqueness of each team member
  • Aligning to the vision, mission and top priorities of the organization
  • Leading through conflicts and disagreements
