Meet Basil

I believe that every leader has the potential of making a substantial and meaningful impact on an organization and the people around them and my desire is to see leaders succeed and operate to their fullest potential.

My insights come from over two decades of corporate experience with a top Fortune 500 company, where I worked my way up from a sales representative to one of the most successful Vice-Presidents in the organization.

During my tenure, Novo Nordisk Inc., went from a $300 million revenue organization to exceeding $9 billion in North America and over $19 Billion globally. As well, the company was named one of the Fortune100 Best Company’s to Work for year after year.

My experience spans from Sales Representative to Vice President of Sales, with various leadership positions in-between such as Institutional Sales Manager/Integrated Health Systems, District Business Manager, Managed Care Account Executive to National Director of Sales, for Canada. After Canada, I returned to the US as an Area Director to develop the Endocrinology specialty division and shortly after became area Vice President of Sales, responsible for leading a sales force of 1,000 people that generated $2 billion in revenue. Through every position, my goal was to equip and inspire others to reach their fullest potential while developing an environment where they can thrive. I believe there is an untapped potential in every person waiting to be discovered.
